Confronting Power and Privilege

We recognize that the vast majority of our clients are people of color. We thus believe that the voices of people of color should steer local planning and assessments.

We have decided to utilize small groups as part of the planning process in order to ensure everyone’s voice can be heard. The larger group discussion will be led by two moderators: one community member, and one YMCA staff.
